Your privacy
Effective October 29, 2026 · Spanish Curriculum Studio, LLC
Spanish 1 at Home is made by a Spanish teacher and a small business. Here is, in plain words, what happens to your information when you visit this website or join the list.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address, only if you type them into the sign-up form to join the list.
- Basic technical information that every website receives when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. Our web host keeps this in standard server logs.
This website does not ask for your children's names, your address, a phone number or any payment details.
How we use it
- To email you when your free Unidad 01 is ready and when the Founding Families spots open.
- To send you occasional news about Spanish 1 at Home.
- To understand, in general, how many people join and which emails are useful.
We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list, right away. You can also write to us and we'll remove you.
The services we use
- Flodesk stores the list and sends the emails. Its sign-up form may use a small cookie or similar technology to work and to count how many people see it.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Google Fonts provides the lettering on the pages, so your browser contacts Google to load it.
This website doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first.
Children
This website and the list are for parents, co-op leaders and other adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep your name and email while you're on the list. When you unsubscribe, Flodesk keeps a record that you unsubscribed, so you aren't emailed again by mistake. You can ask us to delete your information completely at any time.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
